Dena Langan is the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Frontier Dermatology, bringing over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. With a specialized background in medical coding, compliance, and revenue cycle management, Dena has established herself as a strategic leader known for driving operational excellence and clinical collaboration. In her current role, Dena is responsible for payor contract negotiations as well as streamlining billing processes, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance. She also oversees all internal chart auditing processes and works closely with providers and clinical staff to enhance documentation accuracy and charge entry practices

Holding degrees in International Business and Healthcare Administration, Dena is also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), among other professional accolades. Over the course of her career, she has successfully led teams of up to 25 direct and 65 indirect reports, consistently fostering high-performing, results-oriented environments.

Outside of work, Dena enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with her young sons, and watching soccer.
