Madison Scott is a board-certified physician assistant with a focus in medical dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Clemson University, followed by her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Baylor College of Medicine. Madison began her career in surgical oncology in Portland, ME, after moving from Houston, TX. While she enjoyed her experience in the operating room, her long-standing passion for dermatology led her to a dermatology clinic in Virginia Beach—where she also met her fiancé.
Now at Frontier Dermatology, Madison is committed to delivering compassionate, collaborative, and high-quality care to her patients. She believes that healthy skin plays a crucial role in both overall health and self-confidence. Madison aims to create a welcoming and inclusive space where every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions about their skin health.
Outside of work, Madison is an avid runner who enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and soaking up the outdoors—always with a scoop of ice cream nearby. She is looking forward to exploring the Pacific Northwest and making Washington state home with her fiancé, their cat Winnie, and their bernedoodle Boo.
