Bio

Dr. Kranseler is a board-certified dermatologist at Frontier Dermatology in Seattle, WA. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Health & Societies. She earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the AOA and Gold Humanism honor societies. Dr. Kranseler completed her internship at Virginia Mason Medical Center and her dermatology residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, where she served as chief resident. She practices full-spectrum dermatology and is dedicated to providing an individualized approach to skin health. Outside of her profession, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her dog Tucker.
