Bio

Sara J. Wagner is a Certified Physician Assistant who has specialized in dermatology for over ten years. Originally from New England, she graduated from Colby College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Biology. After working briefly for Pfizer Inc. as a sales representative, Sara decided to pursue her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England where she graduated with honors.

Upon graduating, Sara relocated to Jacksonville, FL with her husband who was finishing up his active duty obligation as a Naval Pilot. Having practiced dermatology in Florida for over a decade, Sara is adept at recognizing and treating all types of skin cancers from basal cell carcinomas to melanomas. With a keen interest in skin cancer screenings, she utilizes the practice of dermatoscopy to enhance her ability to detect malignant lesions. Sara’s experience also enables her to diagnose and treat a variety of other skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, and warts. In addition to general dermatology, Sara is skilled in the injection of Botox and the use of various lasers.

Sara and her husband spend their free time supporting their young son in all of his activities such as select baseball.
