Seattle Mohs Surgeon Dr. Mustufa Jafry is a fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon and board-certified dermatologist. He offers comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services, specializing in precise, patient-centered care for a wide range of skin conditions, from skin cancer to cosmetic concerns.
Dr. Jafry completed his Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship at the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Indiana under Dr. William Hanke. During his dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, he served as Academic Chief Resident. He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, graduating with honors in English and Biochemistry.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Jafry is actively involved in dermatology research, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and national presentations. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. His leadership roles include serving on the Academy’s Augmented Intelligence Committee and spearheading innovations in medical education.
