Leann Knutson, RN, is a skilled cosmetic nurse injector at Frontier Dermatology in Mill Creek, specializing in natural-looking injectable treatments including Botox, Daxxify, dermal fillers, and Sculptra. Leann earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brookline College in Phoenix, AZ. After several years working in the Neonatal ICU, she moved into dermatology, where she specialized in Mohs micrographic surgery and developed an in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy — the foundation for safe, precise, and natural-looking injectable results. It was there that her passion for skin health and aesthetics deepened, leading her to a career as a cosmetic nurse injector.
